1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped from our location within 2–3 business days.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


4. What should I do if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Please first check with neighbors or your local postal carrier. If it still cannot be located, unfortunately we are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. You may want to file a claim with the shipping carrier.


5. Are your products safe for sensitive skin or medical conditions?

Our products are made with gentle ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. We recommend doing a patch test before full use. Please consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.


6. Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise noted. Please make sure to enter your code at checkout before completing your purchase.
